We will do our best to fulfill your product orders, assuming product is in stock. However, if you haven’t paid us for amounts you owe, we may hold further shipments until we receive payment. Upon receipt of your order, we commit to ship orders promptly by their scheduled shipment dates. We cannot be held liable for shipping delays. Shipments are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule a shipment, or decline an order, for credit reasons, an unreasonably large quantity, or unreasonable shipping terms. Reseller may cancel a scheduled shipment or request a change in a scheduled shipment date at no charge up to 5 (five) working days before the scheduled shipment date. A cancellation or requested change prior to shipment will be subject to a charge of five percent (5%) of the total price for the products scheduled to be shipped. Reseller may not cancel or change an order after the shipment date. Reseller accepts title to products and assumes all risk of loss/damage at the shipment point upon delivery to the carrier.

We want you to be happy with your order. Chimeric Creations, LLC; dba S.K. Skin Kare offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers on their first order. This guarantee allows customers to return one product, within 30 days of purchase if they are not fully satisfied with their experience. This policy is limited to one product per new customer and does not extend to subsequent orders or additional products in the initial order. To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. For return requests, we can only accept return requests for unopened products with the seal intact. For any return where no product defect is reported, customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

In cases where a product is deemed defective, S.K. Skin Kare will provide a replacement at no additional cost to the customer. Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction ensures that concerns related to product defects are addressed with a full refund or replacement. SECTION 17 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT

SECTION 18 - CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM

Skin Kare with regard to the Agreement that the relationship between the parties shall be governed by the laws of the state of Washington without regard to its conflict of law provisions and that any and all claims, causes of action and/or disputes, arising out of or relating to the Agreement, or the relationship between you and Chimeric Creations, LLC Dba S.K. Skin Kare, shall be filed within the courts having jurisdiction within the County of Snohomish, Washington or the U.S. District Court located in said state. You and Chimeric Creations, LLC Dba S.K. Skin Kare agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts as previously mentioned, and agree to waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over the parties by such courts and to venue in such courts.

SECTION 19 - WAIVER AND SEVERABILITY OF TERMS

Skin Kare fail to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Agreement, such failure shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.

SECTION 20 - NO RIGHT OF SURVIVORSHIP NONTRANSFERABILITY

You acknowledge, understand and agree that your account is non-transferable and any rights to your ID and/or contents within your account shall terminate upon your death. Upon receipt of a copy of a death certificate, your account may be terminated and all contents therein permanently deleted.

SECTION 21 - STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS

You acknowledge, understand and agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or action arising out of or related to the use of our Services or the Agreement must be filed within 1 year(s) after said claim or cause of action arose or shall be forever barred.
